Map updates now automatic

The Minecraft map now updates automatically!
It should update every few hours (it wait 1 hour between renders). The block on the bottom of every page will tell you the last time the map was updated, as well as how many players we have online.

For some reason, the compass orientation has changed. It's turned 90 degrees to the right, but the actual map is still the same.

I'd upload a pic, but I can't see where to do it in this thread. So, I'll post it somewhere else or in a new thread.

That is intentional (it is an updated version of the rendering system). With 1.0, Notch and Co. changed the direction of the sunrise and set, thus changing the orientation of "north." The rendering system lagged behind in supporting this change, and we just picked up an updated version that corrects the compass. Note: the cloud direction is unchanged.
